At Heal The Youth Foundation (HTYF), our impact is driven by a multidisciplinary team of professionals across governance, resource mobilization, human resources, project management, finance, and monitoring & evaluation. Our team includes public health experts, governance advisors, accountants, project managers, and development practitioners with diverse academic backgrounds in medicine, social work, public administration, entrepreneurship, accounting, microbiology, and computer science. Over the years, many of our staff have grown within the organization — transitioning from volunteers and mid-level officers into senior leadership roles. This reflects our commitment to internal development, merit-based progression, and structured succession planning. Continuous learning is central to our culture. Our team regularly undergoes specialized training in child protection, gender-based violence prevention, financial management, case management, resource mobilization, data systems, and organizational development to strengthen program quality and accountability. Together, we are united by shared values — honesty, inclusiveness, transparency, teamwork, creativity, and accountability — working collaboratively to deliver measurable impact for vulnerable communities across Nigeria.
